The A2 jacket is often seen as a successor to the iconic N1 jacket, being issued to US Navy Sailors beginning in the 1960s. Featuring a modified sollar, cinched hems, and a chest pocket, the A2 retains many of the details that made the N1 jacket a success. Iron Heart’s take on the A2 remains true to the original in many ways, utilizing an 11oz serge shell and a 100% wool lining, which extends the full length of the sleeve.
